Abstract

Creating equal opportunities and suitable conditions for visually impaired language learners and understanding their conditions and needs as well as helping them to use their opportunities is becoming a special topic for today’s education. This article is dedicated to conditions and measures which are taken to develop that very sphere by the government and some tips which teachers and educators in the classroom should understand when working with visually impaired learners.
