Abstract

This article analyzes the relationship between the transplantation of organs and tissues of the human body within the framework of the concept of somatic rights of citizens, recognized as a new generation of human rights. The legal basis for transplantation of human organs and tissues will be studied, drawing on the experience of foreign countries, in particular Japan and Tajikistan. The legal framework of this relationship in the Republic of Uzbekistan will be analyzed and several recommendations will be developed on this topic.
