Abstract

The article presents general ideas about energy drinks, the composition of energy drinks and the impact on individual components. There is little published literature on the side effects of EN., and they have recently been assigned unique message codes, so their toxicity can be tracked. In particular, it has been demonstrated that consumption of caffeinated energy drinks and their ingredients affect mood and nervous system conditions, contribute to the development of cardiovascular disorders, and cause changes in the gastrointestinal tract leading to significant metabolic effects.
