WAYS TO IMPROVE THE SEWING SHOP FLOW PROCESS

Abstract

In this article, the vehicles used to transfer cocktail items from one place to another in the production flow were studied and a mechanized option was recommended instead of the usual stationary intermediate tables. In order to effectively introduce new technologies and resources, it is necessary to change the traditional approach to the design of technological processes, to move sewing enterprises to work in new market conditions. The fact that the assortment is expanded and its rapid exchange has a significant negative impact on the process of technological preparation in production. The production of new models should be carried out in a short period of time, because at the moment mobile production is one of the main ways to increase efficiency. One of the promising ways to find a solution to this task is to use the idea of an adaptive production system with an organizational structure, which can quickly produce a new product and quickly deliver it to the market [1].
