PERFORMANCE OF HILTON: HOW HILTON TACKLES THE EPIDEMIC COVID-19 DISEASE

The outbreak of COVID-19 has influenced on many areas of the economy of countries causing recession worldwide and disturbance in the development of hotel industry. According to researches based on SWOT, PESTEL and financial analyses, poor conditions in Hilton group are identified. New strategies have been implemented to tackle the COVID-19 issue, however, they need enhancements and amendments. Drawn upon the researches, new adjustments in marketing and operations are discussed. The outcomes provide how to resist the COVID-19 epidemic disease during this tough period.
