Abstract

This article discusses the development of composite polymer coatings from local raw materials and production waste for corrosion protection of car parts. The effect of fillers in the formation of coatings is shown. In this case, the adhesive strength increases with an increase in the number of polar functional groups in the film former (OH, COOH, CO-O, OCO-H). Sufficiently high adhesion strength of coatings based on a polar film former (COFS sample with ED-20). Deformation may destroy the bond between the coatings and the substrate, and the higher the adhesive strength, the later the coating is separated from the substrate.
