The article analyzes the educational function of children's poetry based on the works of Tursunbay Adashbayev, Abdurakhman Akbar. Based on a comparative analysis, the role of educational poems in the development of children's thinking and intellectual potential, poetic features, artistic and aesthetic significance, methodological skill of the creator are described.
