This article deals with formation of the necessary knowledge, skills, and qualifications of specialists through pedagogical technologies in educational process, as well as, characteristics of steps organizing education. Besides, it represents social, philosophical, methodological, didactic, pedagogical, psychological, physiological, hygienic, ideological, legal, economic, historical, scientific-theoretical, methodical bases for the implementation of educational technology in reality.
