Abstract

The article observes the impact of modern information and communication technologies on the cognitive status of generation “Z”
representatives. The role of multitasking and information overload on the perception, attention, memory and thinking parameters reduction is demonstrated. The relationship between reduced cognitive status and the possibility of involvement in destructive religious organizations is shown.
