Legal regulation of loan agreement and mortgage agreements in the Republic of Uzbekistan

This article provides a broad definition of the words loan and mortgage in normative legal documents, civil relations and judicial practice, as well as a broader definition of the words loan and mortgage. The scope of the loan agreement, the form of the loan agreement, the object, subject, subject of the loan and mortgage agreements, general plans of refusal, the difference between the loan and the mortgage were discussed in detail. The loan agreement also provides information on the requirements to be applied in different countries in connection with the repayment of the item. These concepts are widely used not only in the Republic of Uzbekistan, but also in other countries and in what forms they are used. At the same time, information was provided on how to regulate the situation in foreign countries, as well as opinions and recommendations.
