This article analyzes the current state of the rights of persons with disabilities in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The main purpose of the study is to conduct a comprehensive study of national legislation in the field of the rights of persons with disabilities for its compliance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, as well as to provide a legal justification for the recommended changes to the legislation.
