LEGAL ISSUES OF ENSURING GENDER EQUALITY IN LABOR RELATIONS

The article is devoted to the study the legal state of gender equality in labor relations and the legal problems of ensuring gender equality. Also, the article contains suggestions and comments on the protection of women’s rights in the Republic of Uzbekistan and increasing their role in society.
