LEGAL BASIS FOR REGULATION OF MIGRATION WITHIN THE EUROPEAN UNION

The article is devoted to the legal framework and mechanisms for regulating migration within the European Union, it analyzes the documents adopted within the EU, their positive and negative aspects, as well as the operation of the mechanisms implemented by the EU institutions. Reforms carried out within the EU and remaining problems are indicated.
