LEGAL ANALYSIS OF THE CONCEPTS OF "FAILURE TO REPORT" OR "CONCEALMENT" OF A CRIME

This article deals with the issue of responsibility for failure to report a crime and concealment of a crime. The legal concepts of non-reporting and concealment of crimes are analyzed. An important condition for liability is that the information must be clearly known to the guilty party.
