The article scientifically and theoretically analyzes the right of ownership of land in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the rights of legal entities and individuals to land plots and features of land privatization, the constitutional and legal foundations of land privatization in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the development of its legal framework, the procedure for privatizing land plots, the main principles of privatization of land plots, land plots not subject to privatization, subjects of privatization, forms of privatization of land plots, as well as the development of the legal framework for privatization of land plots.
