The article states the changes in the development of social society, the development of law and legal doctrine, its development and the solution of the problems of that period, the formation of the principles of Islamic law in combination of freedom and prohibition of behavior, issues of customary law in Islamic law. Muslim law is also characterized by the sanctity and inviolability of private property, the division of the population into classes, genders, religious beliefs of citizens, their ownership or lack of property, and other principles.
