Abstract

This article highlights the constitutional and legal framework that ensures the right of every citizen to access to the competent state bodies and their relationship, in particular, the rules regarding the provision and guarantee of the right to access established by the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan are analyzed in a systematic manner, the experience of foreign states is studied by comparison, recommendations on the existing problems and their solution, proposals were expressed regarding the improvement of legislation.
