NORMATIVE FIXING OF THE ASSESSMENT OF REGULATORY IMPACT IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN – THE BASIS FOR A HOLISTIC ANALYSIS OF REGULATORY IMPACT

The article analyzes the measures taken in the Republic of Uzbekistan to introduce a holistic assessment of regulatory impact. On the basis of the conducted research and taking into account international experience, the author puts forward proposals for fixing at the legislative level the assessment of regulatory impact and the assessment of actual impact, in particular, on fixing the areas of coverage of the assessment and exceptions to it.
