The study of the current state of civil law legislation is one of the most important tasks of every civilization scientist-researcher. Any change in civilization manifests itself at every stage of society. In the civil legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without losing its relevance, the Institute for the invalidity of the transaction is one of the topical issues of today's research in this area. Therefore, in this article, an attempt was made to shed light on the genesis, scientific views and the theoretical and practical significance of the invalidity of the transaction, which is not in accordance with the legislation. At the same time, the concept of invalidity of the transaction, the scope of its activities, its application and the views and comments of representatives of this sphere have been discussed. Also, paying special attention to the foreign level of study of the invalidity of the transaction, this area covers both the opinions expressed as a result of the conducted research, as well as practical proposals. There are also scientific and legal views of the author on the validity of the transaction, which the researcher has approached the subject of the study from his own scientific point of view.
