Some of the issues related to international commercial arbitration

This article discusses the theoretical and legal aspects of international commercial arbitration from the point of view of national and international law. At the same time, in the article one can see the legal nature of investment disputes, scientific opinions of representatives of this field, international documents and the author's personal approach to the issue under consideration. In addition, the author analyzes their legal status in terms of enhancing the role and role of arbitrators in resolving international investment disputes. The types of international commercial arbitrations and their organization were also discussed. There was also a discussion of the development and application of the UNCITRAL Rules of Arbitration, which is important for the activities of international commercial arbitration.
