A FEW COMMENTS ON THE SYSTEM OF LEGAL PROTECTION OF BUSINESS ENTITIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF UZBEKISTAN

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal protection of business entities in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the legal impact of the legal protection system on the part of the protected subject, the legal protection system using institutional and procedural means. And also, the legal protection system was studied in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dividing it into general and special legal protection systems of the subjects. Suggestions and recommendations were made on further improving the current legislation and the activities of state bodies and courts.
