Abstract

The article outlines detailed analysis of the process of informational support of forensic activities of the state forensic establishments through theoretical, legal and practical aspects, as well as the potential of existent computer technologies in practice along with the establishment of electronic information systems, specific proposals and recommendations to fill the existing gaps in some articles of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Forensic Science” are developed.
