Abstract

This article reveals the essence and significance of legal activity, acquiring the status of a lawyer in foreign countries. Based on the analysis of the experience of the USA, Germany, France and Italy, the peculiarities of the lawyer's activity, the requirements for their activities and other important issues were investigated. The relationship of the legal service with the state was also analyzed.
