LEGAL MEANS OF IMPLEMENTING THE STATE INFORMATION POLICY

This article describes the legal means of implementing the state information policy and analyzes the views on the dissemination and use of legal information. The basic principles of dissemination and use of legal information are transparency, openness, and timeliness, freedom of search and access to legal information.
