Abstract

In this article, the author analyzes the current issues, such as the minimum standards of treatment of prisoners, existing foreign experience in this field, their classification, problems of adaptation to the national legislation of some countries, the treatment of persons sentenced to imprisonment. The author tries to provide the most complete and detailed information on the subject and tried to introduce the standards contained in these international documents to a wide range of researchers.
