PARTICIPATION OF A LAWYER IN THE PRE-TRIAL SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

In recent years, significant work has been carried out in our country to strengthen the role and importance of the legal profession as one of the effective institutions for ensuring the protection of the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals and legal entities as an important component of the judicial and legal reform. The issue of improving the activities of the legal profession in protecting the legal rights and interests of citizens, pre-trial resolution of disputes arising between the parties, is extremely relevant today. This article addresses these issues.
