ATTORNEY INVESTIGATION IN THE UNITED STATES

Today, the unification of laws continues in most countries around the world. This is to protect human rights as much as possible and to ensure that they act in accordance with the laws established by society. Through this article, the author aims to compare the investigation in the national criminal process by studying the attorney investigation in the United States. The main goal is to study the features that are new to our national legislation. In particular, the specifics and procedure of attorney's investigation in the United States, its forms and differences from the investigation of the Romano-Germanic system are shown. Each of the criminal investigation laws has its own characteristics, which constantly affect each other. The article analyzes the prospects for the study of news for the investigation of the national criminal process through the study of attorney investigation in the United States.
