Abstract

The review presents an analysis of domestic and foreign literature on the significance of the most common forms of thrombophilia in shaping the risk of developing thromboembolic diseases. Modern views on thrombophilias, their significance in the occurrence of arterial and venous thrombosis, and the authors' opinions on the further development of this issue are outlined. The article shows the role of hyperhomocysteinemia, dysfibrinogenemia, antiphospholipid syndrome as a risk factor for the development of thromboembolic complications in cardiovascular diseases.
