Abstract

This article discusses the results of the biologically active substances found in the composition of apple based on the importance in maintaining human health, as well as the determination of quality indicators of fruits of Golden and five-star apple varieties grown in the natural climate of Bakhmal District of the Jizzakh region of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
