COLOR LENGTH IN CHILDREN: MODERN APPROACHES AND CONSERVATIVE TREATMENT TACTICS

The article presents the data of examination of 731 children with various forms of anomalies of fixation and lengthening of the colon among 648 patients with lengthening of the colon. Of these, 591 (91.2%) patients with lengthening of the colon were treated conservatively. The forms of the course and anatomical variants and approaches and tactics of conservative treatment with lengthening of the colon are analyzed in detail.
