Abstract

Overcoming the old model of a resource-intensive economy, leading to increased costs and decreased productivity, an increase in negative impact on the environment, is one of the acute problems of our time. Today, many countries around the world are stepping up their environmental policies in order to move from the traditional model of development, where environmental protection is considered a burden on the economy, to a model in which ecology is recognized as the engine of development, that is, to a "green" economy.
