Abstract

This article provides recommendations that need to be taken into account, taking into account the achievements of world-class in an integrated educational process, which is aimed at improving staff training. It justifies the need to clarify the problem of the educational process through a sociological study. As a solution to the problem, the effectiveness of interactive teaching methods for joint pedagogy is proposed. Nowadays a special topicality fo r theory and practice of higher professional education Is the problem of personal and professional development of students, formation their readiness for the future activity. The problem ofpersonal-professional development nowadays is not fully studied though the general development o f a person has been and is in the centre of sociological attention.
