FOREIGN MODELS OF INCREASING THE EFFICIENCY OF OPERATION OF OSG (ON THE EXAMPLE OF GERMANY)
Abstract
The experience of organizing local self-government in Germany is of particular interest due to the fact that this model of local self-government is distinguished as an independent one and is considered one of the most effective in Europe. Thus, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, in his speech at the inauguration ceremony in November 2021, spoke about the development of the economy of Uzbekistan and plans to use the experience of Germany in all areas.
