The actuality of this article is determined for the modern education of our republic as enormous. The worldwide demand for English has created as enormous demand for quality language teaching and language teaching materials and resources. There are different effective techniques of learning, designing friendly learning environment and encouraging motivation. Role-plays, working in pairs or in groups, debates have got a great effect. Nowadays opportunities to learn English are provided in different ways, for example, travel, study abroad, through the media and the internet. Teaching method should give learners the chance to observe, engage in, inventor discover expert strategies in context.
