In the conditions of Uzbekistan, it is possible to achieve the effectiveness of ecotourism through the creation of organizational and legal bases aimed at increasing the opportunities of ecotourism, finding functional integration between its management bodies and controlling the relations of the individual serving the stability of the "eco-environment". In this article, issues related to the implementation of a new approach to the organization and management of ecotourism, the further development of its existence are covered.
