Abstract

Non-sister languages, ie English and Uzbek, is a comparative-functional study of the category of positivity in the syntactic level of speech on the basis of specific linguistic research methods.
This article identifies the role of syntactic units expressing positivity in speech in the example of English and Uzbek languages, as well as the problems of their syntactic relations and agreements with other elements. At the syntactic level of these syntactic units, categorically differentiated syntactic-semantic features from substantial and qualitative to paradigmatic series of passive syntaxes, their variants and other possible syntactemas based on definite syntactic connections.
